I am in a wheelchair so it is very hard for me to reach things, but with this product I have no problem and I can keep up with the dusting. It is great that someone thought of ways to make dusting as easy as this.
I had a debate with myself as to whether to insert a comma between "sorry" and "Swifer", because honestly, it is sorry. The pads are skimpy and tear when they are being inserted onto the plastic prongs, When you attempt to dust furniture the prongs work their way out of the pad, scratching the furniture. I like my feather duster with an application of static electricity from the tv screen. This is a waste of money.

I am in a wheelchair for 20 years and could not do all the dusting I wanted to do, NOW I can do most of my house.
Ive been using this product for years (the old blue one). I recently started using the new one & I'm sure it cleans just as well.. The problem is it's harder & more time-consuming to insert the duster. It was easier on the older one. other than that, it's great!
As a homeowner with cathedral ceilings, I was daunted in reaching the skylights and tracklights with the duster, a foot or so short. If you could make a duster head that snaps onto the end of the sweeper's tube, I'd be the first to buy it!
Poor, Poor, Poor excuse for original (blue) extender. Waste of time and money. Where can I find the old blue wands PLEASE! Will resort to ladder before I buy another 360. By Becca Mahoney; professional housekeeper.
