It worked great for the first 30 days and then the pump gave out I have a big bottle of the wood Swiffer liquid and now it's just useless unless I buy another Swiffer wet jet which I'm not because it's a piece of junk 33 days I would not recommend this as it is cheap and will break down right after the warranty and good luck taking it back..

We can certainly understand your disappointment, since our products go through many quality checks to ensure that you can rely on them. We'd be happy to share some tips to help get your WetJet back to working as it should. If you haven't already, insert fresh AA alkaline batteries that all come from the same pack, and make sure the battery compartment 'clicks' as it closes. As well, try gently brushing the nozzles to make sure that they aren't clogged. If this doesn't do the trick, please give us a call at (800) 742-9220when you have a chance. We'd be happy to provide you with further assistance.
I wish I could attach my photos of what this did to my floor. After it dried it was white, streaked and left a chalky residue. I love the Gain one, this was not for me and I'll have to spend my Saturday on hands and knees getting it off. Test first!!!
This certainly isn't the experience we'd expect you to have, Nicolette, since our WetJet is designed to provide your floors with a great clean. We can assure you that all of our WetJet solutions have been tested to be safe for use on finished hardwood and bamboo, ceramic, laminate, linoleum and vinyl floors, as well as sealed granite and marble. However, it's not suitable for unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors. Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently. I am disappointed with this Swiffer. One of the springs came out where the batteries go and I cannot put it back on. I'm very frustrated because I cannot talk to anyone regarding this problem. I do not know how to order a new battery holder for my Swifter. Please help me.

Purchased a WetJet cleaning system several years ago. The handle finally broke so immediately went to replace a product I loved. Purchased one with batteries. We need to change the batteries and two pretty intelligent people have spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. No directions came with mop. Tried YouTube and every other site we could find. wWe can find no white button, no latch etc.Now what? No product is as good but this change in the mop leaves me shaking my head. I want one without batteries!!There is no alternative at this point.

We'd be happy to help you locate the battery compartment so that you can get back to Swiffering. The battery compartment is the light purple section that's opposite the solution bottle holder. To open the battery compartment, push up the area with arrow. We hope this helps. The sprayer mechanism on my Swifter doesn’t work anymore either and the lights still work. I have tried replacing the batteries - it is not that as the lights work fine. The spray nozzles on the outside are not blocked. It has to be an internal blockage, doesn't appear that you can take this apart to try to unblock it.....Chances are it is going to the garbage next week....

We just suggest making sure that these new batteries are all fresh AA alkaline ones that come from the same pack, and that the battery compartment 'clicks' as it closes. As well, make sure that the solution bottle isn't empty, and that the bottle is fully inserted. You can also try gently brushing the nozzles.
