I used to love Swiffer Wetjet Mop. It used to help me finish my floors in 45 mins or less. However, my first mop lasted 2 yrs, and one fine day it quit. It completely stopped working even after a battery change. I got a second mop the same day and used it less than 5 times. Today, when I wanted to mop my floor, it is NOT WORKiNG!! My floors need a jet shower.

This is the second one I purchased. The first one lasted about 6 months, this one died after the second use. I don’t know what I was thinking buying a second one. It’s past the 30 day warranty, so it is money wasted. I love swifter products and use them all the time. This one is beyond disappointing. I also don’t like having to buy batteries for it.

Recently I tried to use it just to clean floors. The sprayers appear to be clogged. This should be an easy fix.It probably is. But, I can not find anything on maintaining the thing on your website. What's up?

I 've had my wet jet for several years now and when not in use had it hanging on a hook when not in use. But the constant weight when with a full bottle the handle broke. I have duct tape on it now. So, when this bottle is empty, I will consider whether to replace it with a Swiffer, if I see some improvement in the handle, if not I may consider a different brand.

I have bought 2 in the last 2 years because the left sprayer stopped working on the first one. Now the left sprayer on the 2nd one stopped working. I tried cleaning them and changing batteries but this didn't work on either wet jet I've owned. Throwing this garbage out and never buying another swiffer product again. So disappointing. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

My WetJet stopped working after less than a year. I replaced the batteries twice with new batteries, and also the liquid. It is not clogged, it just won't turn on to spray. Do I now have to dump the liquid on the floor and then wipe it? And since I see so many people leaving reviews like mine, where the product just stopped working, it seems you would take that to heart and make a better product.
