    SweeperVac fills landfills; Non-replaceable batt.

    I loved the ease of SweeperVac; taking care of floors quickly w/out cords. BUT battery eventually dies making product useless; P&G has no replacement battery to purchase. Such an easy fix for this #1 complaint. My husband will not tolerate purchasing 2nd SweeperVac that will go to landfill causing preventable WASTE. Using corded vac for hardwood floors now.

    Not spending money on swiffer again! :(

    I had my swiffer sweeper vac for a year and now it wont charge anymore. I reached out to customer service and they said its just outside of the warranty and offered me a $10 coupon off of the purchase of a new one. I just spent $50 on this thing and now they want me to spend more money for something that only lasts a year?! Super disappointed. I will NOT be buying ANY swiffer products again!

    So disappointed

    I had my Swiffer sweep + vac for just over a year when I went to use it and the handle just snapped off. I used it everyday, several times a day. I really loved it but very disappointed that this happened. I was over my 1 year warranty and was offered a $10 coupon. I’ll probably look for something similar but with a sturdier design.

    It could be a great product.

    The new placement of the On/Off switch is a huge design flaw. I am constantly turning it off accidentally while using. Also, now it's difficult to plug in the charger. Instead of changing the design, you should focus on getting a better battery. With the battery issue and the new design flaws, I am actively looking for an alternate product.

    I loved all three of mine until..........

    I really miss the convenience of this product,my husband even liked it. I used it on my hardwoods more than the regular vacuum, but after the third one stopped charging I swore I would not buy another one. It really does a great job for the dog hair, until it doesn't. Hey Swiffer, why don't you come up with an electric one with a 2 year warranty? That, I would buy. I keep waiting for it.

    Great idea but doesn't last

    Over the last year and a half I have gone through 2 of the Swiffer Sweepers. After the first one wouldn't hold a charge after a couple mths I bought a second thinking that Maybe I just got a bad one. But the second one was the same way. P!ease fix so it lasts more than a couple mths.
