I bought this because it was cordless. But only got to use it about 4 times. It died and I can’t get it to charge. Would love to try again, but I’m thinking I’ll purchase a Shark.

We have vinyl plank flooring throughout. This is a great tool for vacuuming up the long Golden Retriever dog hair my robovac misses. I love that it dusts the floor at the same time. I use it with the Heavy Duty Dry Sweeper Cloths. Please don't ever stop offering this product!
I am on my 2nd swifter. Works good for quick cleaning. The main problem I have is where the switch is located. I keep hitting it while using as it is to close to the handle.
I love my sweeper + vac but it is not holding a charge more than a few minutes. Is there a way to replace the battery?
I bought this hope it would help with during the week so I didn’t have to bring out the vacuum but the swiffer bac just pushed dirt around and doesn’t pick anything up from the day I bought what a waste of money I will be looking into something different
This certainly isn’t the experience we’d like you to have, since our Swiffer Sweep + Vac is designed to provide great cleaning power. As well, we can assure you that our products go through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy the best results with them. We’d be happy to share some tips with you to help improve the suction of your Sweep + Vac. If your device seems to be making a weak sound while it’s running, it may be time to recharge it. If it makes a loud noise while you’re using it, make sure that the suction nozzle is pushed all the way down, and that the dirt cup is in place, isn't cracked or broken, and isn’t full. Check to see that the filter is in the correct position, and that it’s clean. Also, check for clogs in the hose. To do this, remove the dirt cup and drop a small coin where the cup goes. Tilt the head slightly, and if the coin doesn't drop through the sweeper, this means that the hose is blocked. If it’s blocked, use a blunt utensil, such as a spoon, to push the blockage through the hose from above. We hope this helps, and please give us a call at (800) 395-5594 if you’d like any further assistance.
