This product was recommended to us for our hardwood floors and a dog. Worked great for about 4 months but now the battery doesn't hold a charge. Green light lasts for less than 1 minute before it turns blinking red and shuts off. It is very frustrating when you are trying to clean up the floor. For the cost of this product, there should've been an extra battery included, which you can't find anywhere.

I loved my previous Swiffer vac, which lasted several years before it finally wore out. Got a new one for Christmas in 2020 and it stopped working the end of January 2021. I don't have a receipt since it was a gift so I'm out of luck.
Quality is super important to us, so this certainly isn't what we'd expect! Our products go through many checks before leaving the plant to make sure they'll reach you in perfect condition, and that they'll last, so we'll be sure to share this with our team. We're always here to help, so if you want to share more about this with us, just give us a ring at: (800) 395-5594 - The Swiffer Team
We own the wet jet and a regular manual swiffer sweeper. Those seem fine, this vac is a bad design. The battery doesnt hold a charge and now turns off after 10 seconds of running. It is only a few months old. Now I cant even find one in the store to try and switch out with. Dont waste your money.
We’re sorry to hear you’re not getting the same great experience from our Sweep + Vac that you got from our WetJet and Sweeper. To get the maximum run time, always run the vac until it no longer picks up dirt before you recharge it. If you only use the device for a few minutes before recharging it, the run time gradually reduces. The run and charge time of your device can vary depending on the model, so we’d like to learn more in order to help further. Please give us a call at (800) 395-5594!
Agree with other reviewers that the battery life is not great. I have had vacuum for about 2 years and it no longer holds a charge for more than 3 minutes. I tried called 800 number for money back guarantee and recording says to mail UPC and sales receipts dated within 30 days. So clearly their guarantee is only for 30 days. Disappointed....
This certainly doesn't sound like the experience we expect, so we're disappointed to hear this, Shero! We're always here to help, so if you'd like to share more about this, just give us a call at: (800) 395-5594 - The Swiffer Team
No only is the battery life terrible it is difficult to charge and takes to long. Got it for our travel trailer which is less than 200 sq ft of floor space and the battery didn't last long enough to clean the whole thing. Very mad i wasted the money on it.
This certainly doesn't sound like the experience we want for you, so we hate to hear this! We'd like to grab some more info to share with our Quality Team, if you'll give us a call at: (800) 395-5594 - The Swiffer Team
It would be hard to imagine Proctor and Gamble making a lower quality product. In my previous review I said that pressing and holding the power button forced the SweeperVac to recharge. That worked a few times. I actually went looking for my earlier review to see if I misremembered how I was making the charger work. No, I didn't mis-remember something. These things have a serious design flaw in the charging circuit, as well as a too small battery. Now that I've given up on it working a P&G intended, I'm going to disassemble it, replacing the charging circuit, put in a different battery, and then it will work. Fortunately, I have the experience needed to do this.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
This certainly isn't the experience we want you to have from the Sweep + Vac, Julie! Quality is super important to us, and our team has done lots of testing to make sure our products are effective, and long-lasting, so this isn't what we want for you.
