I bought the extra large Swiffer dry mop. It came with a sample of the wet pads as well. The wet pads are significantly smaller than the mop head. I called customer service and was directed to use TWO wet pads to fit the mop head. Please send a sample of the correct size wet pads so I can decide whether to invest in a whole package of them, or just return to a classic wet sponge mop and throw my stupid Swiffer in the garbage.

I am a single father raising my children my oldest left the nest and my daughter is still home she is 14 years old, I have degenerated disc in my back with fibromyalgia, anyways I used the Swiffer Sweeper Wet Mopping Cloths, so I was trying to clean the walls and ceiling and I had a hard time so I decided to use the Swiffer Sweeper Wet Mopping Cloths, and it works well with the swiffer handle and the wet mop, clean the walls and ceiling with no problem and it even pick up those ugle cobwebbs,
I love using these for the speed and the results. I do not love the scent. I wait for a day when I can open windows or go away. I will also immediately dispose of used ones in an outside receptacle so they won't smell up the house.
Product is good, however, the packaging is terrible. The lid never stays on, resulting in dried pads and liquid spilled about. Would be much better if the lid actually snapped on.
I am SO disappointed because I remember using a damp pad on my Swiffer Vac. It seems this one will not stay on no matter what. I am crushed.
We're glad you've reached out, as we're eager to help you get the easy clean you desire. Don't use a Wet cloth with the SweeperVac device or vacuum up any liquids. Instead, use a Swiffer dry cloth. To attach the cloth, fold the sides over the edges of the Sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. Push the suction nozzle back to the floor-cleaning position. Replace the Swiffer cloth after every use. For further assistance, please don't hesitate to give our team a call anytime at (800) 395-5594.
These wet wipes need to be wider. They come out of the clips when you are in the middle of mopping. When you are mopping the floors, they don’t come out because of the pressure you are applying, they come out because the wet wipes aren’t wide enough. This is not good. It would be very helpful if you could just make them wider. I hope this happens as soon as possible. Thank you.
