I would rate this product 5 stars, if I could only get it to stay on the mop. Using these are infuriating. If you use any sort of pressure, the tackiness of the cloth causes it to not slide on the floor, while the mop continues to move, and then pulls off of the mop. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first time, but it has happened every single time I have used this product.

We're sorry you had this experience. There are some floor surfaces that may create more pressure on the cloth when mopping, causing it to release from the grippers. If this happens, try turning the cloth over and use the plain white side to clean your floor to get the improved performance of our Heavy Duty Wet cloths. Here are a few other helpful tips: *Make sure the green strip is around the edge of the mop, not on the floor while mopping. This should ensure there is enough material to tuck into the grippers.*For best results, use both hands while mopping. One hand should placed on the top of the mop and the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the mop head to help keep it flat during use. Please feel free to give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if you have any questions we can help you with.
We have tried all sorts of more expensive specialty products to clean up cat urine and this one works better than the rest. I wish I could buy it as a hand wipe version to wipe down the sides of the litter box.
We have used other Swiffer items in the past, and these live up to my expectations. They cleaned well and didn't leave any streaking! I bought 4 boxes of them, so I was really glad they work so well. Also got the dry cloths that work just as well. Only one slight issue is that they seem to come off the mop base if scrubbing too vigorously. My mop base may just be a bit old though.
The product is good but when it was less then half it had regular pads which look like baby wipes in between the box. Is this how the product is sold or did my box come defective.
That's definitely not what we'd expect, so we're sorry to hear about this! Please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 as we'd like to learn more about your experience.
I bought me a swiffer mop and the big box of swiffer pet wet wipes. So I got my mop together and it started out fine then my mop broke and I was luckily able to put it back together and then the wipes wouldn’t stay on the pad at all. I gave up and just quit with it. The floor wasn’t even bad I just wanted to go over it but nope couldn’t get it done.
