Claire, we're sorry you're frustrated with the Swiffer WetJet pads. The first thing you'll want to check is to make sure you're using the correct pads. Only the Swiffer WetJet pads (in a purple box) will fit the WetJet. Make sure to apply the printed side to the mop head. Also, if you get the pad wet with WetJet solution, it will stick to the bottom of the mop. Place the pad on the bottom of the mop, spray solution on the floor, let the pad absorb some of the solution, and the pad should stick. Give us a call at (800) 742-9220 if we can help you further.
I’ve used swifter products for years and am on my second Wet Jet. Bought new refill pads and they won’t stick. HELP!
Swiffer does a great mop-job on my kitchen floor. Do you have a product I can use on my Pergo laminate flooring?
We're so glad you wrote, Shelia. Our WetJet is safe to use on laminate floors. We recommend reaching out to your floor's manufacturer for more details about how to care for it. Thanks for letting us be a part of your cleaning routine.
I love this product but bought the extra large swiffer thinking I could purchase the pads to fit this size and cannot find them anywhere. So I use 2 regular size pads each time I mop. Please advise where I can find the larger refill pads!! Thanks.
We know that finding the right refills for your Sweeper is important! Please know that we don't recommend using our WetJet refill pads for our Sweeper. If you're looking for Sweeper XL Wet Cloths, we suggest checking out home improvement stores like Menards, Home Depot or Lowe's.
Every year the pads become cheaper and thinner. It's almost as thin as a paper towel. Not worth anything, better to use an old style mop.
We want to assure you that we haven't changed the thickness of our WetJet refills in the past couple of years. We know that getting deep clean is important, and we encourage you to give our WetJet Heavy Duty pads a try! We'd love to help further, so please call us at (800) 742-9220 when you can.
As a bachelor looking for an efficient method of cleaning floors. Have been using the Swifter Wetjet for years.
Recently purchased the 24 pack of mopping pads. My problem, the new pads won't stick to the Swifter mop! I randomly chose 5 pads from the carton, none would stick to the mop. Never had this problem before.
We strive to ensure our products always reach you in perfect condition, so we’d like to gather a few more details for our team, and so we can find the best way to help you. Please give us a call at (800) 742-9220 when you have some time to talk.
