Loved it til mop pads were discontinued
How can you sell a mop and discontinue the steam pads? How can we get a refund on a product we can no longer use properly due to your decision make it impossible to use? Makes no sense and now I will use a different company for my cleaning needs. Bissell you have been 86’d in this house.

No refills. Why?
Loved the Steamboost until Bissell decided to stop making refills. Many customers have been told to just use the swifter wet pads. Oh, but wring it out and stretch it to make it fit. But this from their own website:Will other refills work on the Swiffer SteamBoost powered by BISSELL? No. Swiffer Steam Pads have been specifically designed to fit the SteamBoost. Do not use any other refill pads with this product. So boo to Bissell. I will not consider any other Bissell products based on the company’s lack of support for their products.

Why can’t I find Steam boost refills?
There are private sellers selling refills for the Steam boost pads for like 65 dollars! Did you guys really make a product then stopped making the pads for it? If so, are you going to refund me for the product so I can go purchase a steamer from another company that does have pads on the shelves? I have been looking for a month. This is unacceptable. Can you provide an explanation and solution please?

The last thing we want is for you to be disappointed, so we're happy to say you can use the Wet Pads with the mop! We just recommend squeezing out the excess liquid, and giving the pad a little stretch before attaching it to the head. If you have any questions, just give us a call at: (800) 214-8734 - The Swiffer Team
Like the product -- but...
I have always liked my Steamboost product. Like many others here, I had one where the trigger broke. I tried to fix it but couldn't -- and learned from searching online you can't. I DID contact the manufacturer and got a replacement. (And I am guessing it will have a trigger break too) The bigger problem I have now is -- I can't get Steamboost pads for it anymore. My local Target -- where I bought it -- no longer has them. They don't even sell Steamboost anymore. (Could it be too many people brought them back?) So, I will try to use a different Swiffer pad of some kind or just put this out to pasture -- and look for some other steam-mop cleaner product. I'll click the "I would recommend this to a friend" but wonder whether Swiffer has already taken this off the market or is in the process. They'd be much better off coming out with a new and improved product that will make people happy long term.

WHERE ARE THE REFILL PADS?
I am disappointed to learn you have discontinued the steam pad refills. Its just not right. If you are trying to force me to buy an alternative swiffer floor cleaning system well that is simply not happening. My Swiffer Steamboost has been amazing but because you have discontinued an INCREDIBLE product I cannot leave a positive rating. Thoroughly frustrated.

Heidisk8, we're thrilled you like your Swiffer Steamboost Mop. We want you to know that we completely understand your frustrations when a favorite product is discontinued. We'll definitely let our teams know how you feel. In the meantime, we have some really good news for you. You can use base Swiffer Wet cloths on the Swiffer Bissell Steamboost. You may want to squeeze out some of the excess solution before use, as the Steamboost device will add liquid to it. Also, the Steamboost mop head is slightly larger than Swiffer Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the cloths a bit to get them into the grippers. Please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if you have any questions or if we can help you further. We're here for you.
