Swiffer doesn't even say if they make these refills for the steamboost or not they're not available through Bissell or Swiffer and it's a shame because they still sell the steam mop what's going on here it's been over a year.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, Larry, and we'd be happy to answer your questions. Our Swiffer Bissell Steamboost pads were discontinued in June 2020, and it may be helpful to know that the Swiffer Bissell Steamboost device was discontinued in 2019. Please know these decisions are thought out very carefully, taking several factors, such as consumer purchasing patterns and ongoing consumer research, into consideration. We'll be sure to share your comments with the rest of our team. We're happy to say that you can still enjoy using your Steamboost with our Swiffer Wet cloths. You may want to squeeze out some of the excess solution before use, as the Steamboost device will add liquid to it. Also, the Steamboost head is slightly larger than Swiffer Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the cloths a bit to get them into the grippers. We hope this helps, and please give us a call at (800) 611-2583 if you have any further questions.
With all due respect, telling me to 'wring out' some excess liquid from another product, sounds like a Used Car salesman vouchering that the car was Only Driven to Church on Sundays. The value you could have gained from many many thrilled customers with this Steamboost package, especially in a time of 'super cleaning frenzy' (aka pandemic) would have had your mop and refills FLYING off the shelf and being stockpiled to-boot. Poor Decision.....very very poor decision. I will never buy another Bissell product, especially in light of the Rube-Goldberg solution's being touted. I'm afraid word-of-mouth dissatisfaction is going to bite your logo right in the butt. Sad, since I once thought it to be the Cadillac of Excellence in floor maintenance products.

The Swiffer Bissell Steamboost device was discontinued in 2019, and the refills were discontinued in 2020. We’re happy to say that we do offer the option of using our Wet cloths so that you can continue to enjoy getting a great clean with your Steamboost device. Since the Steamboost will add liquid to the cloths, we do suggest squeezing out some excess liquid from the Wet cloths first. we purchased this product in good faith, assuming a legitimate company would keep product needed available. Now our $200+ investment in junk....Yeah, Ive heard your spiel, you can use the other ones, but you need to modify the pads. I didn't purchase this unit to modify the pads to work correctly. Fool me once....

I cannot believe that I cannot get the Swiffer Bissell Steamboost pads for my expensive Bissell machine. Please bring these back. Your alternatives are not going to work because you say so. You tell us that the pads are not able to fit and we will have to finesse the pad to work with the machine. I am so upset I can't stand it. Frankly, I am tired of buying an expensive product only to find that some point down the road, the replacement pads or replacement items are no longer available. Please bring these back. I am checking recommend this product to a friend as "yes" only because I am a Pollyanna and hope you will bring it back!
I LOVED the Swiffer Steam Pad Refills, but sadly it is discontinued. I need alternative options provided by Swiffer for consumers, like me, that prefer disposable pads. Can I use Swiffer Wetjet Heavy Duty Mop Pad Refills for my Bissell steam mop?Your prompt reply will be appreciated. Today's date: 5/10/2021.
This is the poorest support by a company! Thanks for wasting my money, guess I have to go out and give your competitors $200+ for a new steamer. Rest assured that is the last Bissell product I get scammed on.
We completely understand your frustration. but we want you to know that you can use base Swiffer Wet cloths on the Swiffer Bissell Steamboost. You may want to squeeze out some of the excess solution before use, as the Steamboost device will add liquid to it. Also, the Steamboost mop head is slightly larger than Swiffer Sweeper, so you may need to stretch the cloths a bit to get them into the grippers.
