I really like how it cleans. I feel like I am getting the dirt out of my floors. The only problem is with the trigger mechanism. I have had 2 of them break now at this site. A good option though for a steam mop as it is more affordable, just wish it would last.

This Swifter sweep-vac is useless. From day one it leaks water everywhere and I can't go online to figure out why. Can't even find the same exact product online. It was a gift and they didn't give me no receipt. What can I do?

Son has immune disease, I have cancer in current treatments, need sterile home. I'm a NICU nurse, w/zero family my son is the one who suffers most. You make a product to help it doesn't work. I see all the other reviews, try to exchange it @ store, nope. They direct us to you, same. Companies make products get there money and that's it. So please tell us what you would do in our situation?

I have been through 3 Steamboost mops and was getting ready to purchase my 4th but figured I would try to see if Swiffer sells replacement parts. All 3 mops have had the trigger break. I LOVE this mop up until it breaks. I wish there was some other option instead of having to purchase the entire product again. Are there any options or is there a similar product that has a longer lasting lifespan?

I really liked the product, it is easy to use and store. I am upset that after paying over $50 for it, it only held up for three months of once a week usage. The trigger broke. After seeing the other reviews with similar problems, I will probably look to another brand to replace it because there is no warranty for this issue.
