I love my Steamboost.

The only problem I am having is trying to find the refills, I even tried online and it will not allow me to order. Please help!

Mop leaks when I fill it

This Swifter sweep-vac is useless. From day one it leaks water everywhere and I can't go online to figure out why. Can't even find the same exact product online. It was a gift and they didn't give me no receipt. What can I do?

33yr single mom, with a 5yr son. I want answers!

Son has immune disease, I have cancer in current treatments, need sterile home. I'm a NICU nurse, w/zero family my son is the one who suffers most. You make a product to help it doesn't work. I see all the other reviews, try to exchange it @ store, nope. They direct us to you, same. Companies make products get there money and that's it. So please tell us what you would do in our situation?

Disappointed

I have been through 3 Steamboost mops and was getting ready to purchase my 4th but figured I would try to see if Swiffer sells replacement parts. All 3 mops have had the trigger break. I LOVE this mop up until it breaks. I wish there was some other option instead of having to purchase the entire product again. Are there any options or is there a similar product that has a longer lasting lifespan?

Disappointed

I really liked the product, it is easy to use and store. I am upset that after paying over $50 for it, it only held up for three months of once a week usage. The trigger broke. After seeing the other reviews with similar problems, I will probably look to another brand to replace it because there is no warranty for this issue.

The product is great! Not for daily use though...

Im on my 3rd one since Christmas 2016.... walmart will not replace this one. I do love this product. Just not made for a fella with 3 girls age 20 months and 10 months and 9 years.
